1. Local-First Architecture

Nodlyn is a desktop application that runs entirely on your machine. Your workflows, credentials, device configurations, and execution data are stored locally in a SQLite database within your user profile folder. No data is transmitted to external servers unless you explicitly configure an integration that requires it (e.g., sending an email, calling an API, or connecting to an IoT cloud service).

2. No Telemetry or Analytics

Nodlyn does not collect usage data, crash reports, analytics, or any form of telemetry. There are no tracking pixels, no third-party analytics scripts, and no phone-home mechanisms. The application works fully offline after installation.

3. Encrypted Credential Storage

API keys, passwords, and tokens used in your workflows are stored in an AES-256 encrypted vault on disk. Credentials are decrypted only in-memory during workflow execution and are never displayed in plain text in the UI.

4. Nodlyn Cloud (Optional)

If you choose to use Nodlyn Cloud for remote runtime monitoring, the following data is transmitted to our servers:

Workflow definitions, credentials, and execution data are never uploaded to Nodlyn Cloud. Cloud communication is encrypted via TLS.

5. Contact Form & Email

When you use the contact form on this website, we collect your name, email address, and message content solely to respond to your inquiry. This data is sent via email and is not stored in any database or CRM system. We do not use your contact information for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies

This website uses essential cookies required for authentication on the Cloud dashboard. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party cookie services.

7. Third-Party Services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. No other third-party services are used on the marketing pages. The Nodlyn desktop application does not communicate with any third-party service unless you configure a connector that does so.

8. Data Deletion

Since all Nodlyn data is stored locally on your machine, you have full control over it. Uninstalling Nodlyn removes the application. To delete all data, remove the Nodlyn folder from your user profile directory. For Cloud accounts, use the contact form to request account deletion.

9. Contact

For privacy-related questions or data deletion requests, use the contact form.
