How Nodlyn approaches CRM Lead Cleanup

CRM lead cleanup is the hygiene layer before HubSpot or Salesforce: webhook intake, normalize email/company, dedupe in SQLite, then create the contact. Template #264 is the starter graph; Salesforce Create Lead swaps in when that is your CRM.

RevOps keeps aliases and the cleaned_leads table under their control — no custom middleware service required.

Quick start

1. Load Lead Cleanup → CRM (#264) from Templates or the home recipe.
2. Create cleaned_leads.db once; point forms at the webhook.
3. Extend company aliases; set HubSpot token; Dry-Run then Activate.
4. Swap HubSpot for Salesforce Create Lead if that is your CRM.

Does lead cleanup require HubSpot?

Template #264 targets HubSpot by default. Keep the normalize/dedupe front half and swap the create node for Salesforce Create Lead if that is your CRM.
